How do you bill me?

We send out invoices on the 1st of every month.

What if I start storing in the middle of the month?

We will prorate your invoice starting from the day you start using our services.

What if I move out in the middle of the month?

We do not prorate when you move out. If you are here the 1st of the month you are billed for the entire month.

How can I pay?

We accept payments in person, through the postal system or by telephone.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover cards.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 5% discount for a six (6) month prepayment and a 10 % discount for a twelve (12) month prepayment.

Do I need insurance?

Yes you do. We do not carry any insurance on customers’ personal property.

What kind of access do I have?

Our main building is accessible during our normal business hours which are 9:00 to 5:00 (Eastern), Monday through Friday. Anything outside of our main building is accessible 24/7/365 with a gate card or key fob.

Can I keep my propane tanks with my unit?

Yes as long as they are in good working order and can be completely turned off.

Why do you require a deposit and do I get it back?

We typically fill up in the fall and we unfortunately end up turning people away so your deposit assures you a space. Deposits are non-refundable but are applied to your first invoice.

Can I plug my vehicle into an electrical outlet?

You do have access to electrical outlets throughout our facility and you may plug in for a day or two at no charge. If you would like to utilize electrical access for a longer period of time there is a $10.00 USD additional monthly.

Is there a dump station and access to water?

We have on site dump station and water is available from approximately April 15th to November 15th depending on the temperature.

Do I park my RV or car or do you?

We have designed our facility so you are comfortable moving your vehicle in or out. Trailers and 5th wheels are dropped in the center of the aisle and we will use our equipment to move it into the proper space.

Can I work on my unit or vehicle?

The short answer is no, our insurance is very specific about that. You can load or unload inside but about everything else needs to be done outside.
